Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing our social media presence and supporting customer acquisition efforts for our loyalty programs. As an Entry-Level Social Media Marketing Specialist & Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals and grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Support the execution of targeted acquisition campaigns to attract new members to our loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to campaigns, and track performance metrics.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and analysis of social media and acquisition data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative ideas.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • A strong interest in social media marketing, digital advertising, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
  • A basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their features.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
