About the Role

The Experienced Entry-Level Remote Learning Frameworks Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the SumTotal Learning Management System, collaborating with clients, the technology support team, and vendors to design and implement work within the SumTotal Learning Management System. This role requires a strong understanding of learning management systems, adult learning principles, and instructional design. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SumTotal Learning Management System, including designing and implementing new functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to clients.
• Collaborate with clients, the technology support team, and vendors to design and implement work within the SumTotal Learning Management System.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on system functionality to support client needs and improve the use of the application.
• Organize and deliver new functionality and system updates, including setting up system settings across the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for both internal and external audiences.
• Perform system administration tasks within the Learning Management System.
• Investigate and gather information from various sources.
• Record, analyze, and report required data and information.
