About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, DashPass Subscriptions, you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack engineers to build and maintain scalable systems that drive business impact. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define the roadmap and vision for the team and deliver immense impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a talented team of full-stack engineers to own the subscription lifecycle for DashPass
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define the roadmap and vision for the team
• Building an outstanding team by coaching engineers, empowering engineers through delegation, and applying technical expertise to hold the team to the highest engineering standards
• Scaling the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing highly talented engineers across different disciplines
• Inspiring the team with technical vision and creating alignment necessary to execute on it
• Providing technical guidance and rolling up sleeves with hands-on contributions when necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect non-technical requirements to design and build scalable experience solutions
• Ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $193,800 - $285,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to base salary, our compensation package includes:
