Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Operations Support Specialist to work with all regions of Domino's Pizza WRC and the franchise network or their representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing menu management configuration services, menu maintenance, and support to our franchisees. This is a remote work opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer support skills, as well as experience in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Management Configuration Services: Provide menu management configuration services for Domino's franchisee stores (35% of responsibilities)
    • Ensure all franchisee requests are reviewed and scheduled
    • Communicate the scheduled updates with franchisee requestors to ensure all timelines are satisfied
    • Test all updates to ensure strict quality
    • Deliver all device control improvements in a timely manner within customer requirements
    • Maintain and clean all requests daily from the Setup mailbox
    • Assist with Menu Management implementations requiring a large resource base
  • Menu Maintenance: Provide menu maintenance for Domino's franchise network (35% of responsibilities)
    • Review franchisee requests for local advertising and marketing and speak with the owner
    • Create a plan to implement the aforementioned requests
    • Implement asked changes or coupon requests and test them thoroughly
    • Test new RMM functionality
  • Identification and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot menu management data issues in the shop network (15% of responsibilities)
    • Resolve franchisee issues, menu price issues, or menu changes
    • Compile franchisee quality metrics for management review
    • Test corrective movements prior to the deployment of the menu or stock changes
  • Pulse New Product Support: Provide pulse new product support (10% of responsibilities)
    • Assist with new product deployment when required
    • Test the proposed fixes and new products for functionality
  • Assist Deployment Organization: Assist the deployment organization (5% of responsibilities)
    • Supplement the deployment organization when upgrading the essential version of POS devices
    • Assist with any unique deployment activities when required

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Technical Experience: 1 or more years of experience assisting in a Windows technical environment, remote retail device support, technology deployment projects, and quality reporting
  • Technical Skills: MS SQL scripting, MS Office, and reporting skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer Support Skills: Excellent customer support skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Certifications: Technical certifications in Microsoft products or related technologies
  • Experience in Food Industry: Experience working in the food industry or a related field
