Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Real Estate Manager to join our Worldwide Portfolio Management and Transactions team. As a Full Stack Corporate Real Estate Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing real estate strategies for new and existing properties, managing complex transactions, and collaborating with senior leaders across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from new office developments to acquisitions and dispositions of properties around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior leaders in developing and implementing real estate strategies for various business units, including Parks and Resorts, Film and Television Production, and Consumer Products.
  • Analyze market data and trends to inform real estate decisions and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Manage complex transactions, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders, finance teams, and external partners, such as brokers, lawyers, and consultants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports, including project updates, market analysis, and financial summaries.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate real estate, including transaction management, strategy development, and client services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with real estate software and systems, such as property management systems and lease administration software.
  • Certifications, such as CCIM, SIOR, or LEED AP, are a plus.
