Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Design Data Entry Project Manager (PM) for our Electrical design team, which is part of the Data Center Design Engineering (DCDE) team operating within 16 geographic regions. As a Data Entry PM, you will provide data entry and analysis, database building, data entry automation for interface with partner teams, and basic development of building construction documents and specifications. You will work with a best-in-class group of architects and engineers to produce construction documents for bidding and assist senior architects and engineers with detailed project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry into existing data analysis tools
• Drive process improvements across the organization
• Developing specifications for construction documents
• Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to answer requests for information
• Giving access to project folders for appropriate team members
• Collaborate with global Design Engineering teams to achieve alignment of design
• Develop special projects and assist senior architects/engineers with detailed calculations for special projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with Electrical teams

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
