About ModSquad and the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist for chats and tickets, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that clients' customers receive the best possible service and support. Your role will involve assisting and guiding customers to the right answers, solving concerns, and serving as a GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support through chats and tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate a customer-friendly demeanor with a flexible attitude, adapting to the needs and concerns of clients' customers.
  • Navigate complexities and speak up to share valuable insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in high-volume customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English writing and speaking, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with company escalation policies and procedures.
  • A reliable computer that meets ModSquad's minimum requirements and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment that allows you to focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone.

Preferred Qualifications
