As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of American Express to its Card Members, providing personalized support and services to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with Card Members to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their overall experience with American Express.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to American Express Card Members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of Card Members, providing personalized support and services to enhance their overall experience.
  • Offer travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, making recommendations and arrangements to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to resolve Card Member issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
  • Utilize technology platforms and tools to manage Card Member interactions, track issues, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on American Express products and services, making recommendations and suggestions to Card Members as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with Card Members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to Card Member issues.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aircraft, concierge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience.
  • Previous experience working with premium or luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of American Express products and services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
