Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand and address customer requirements effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone calls, providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Practice active listening to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or process expert for further assistance and resolution.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, including technical difficulties and order-related concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
