Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Dispatching technicians and managing job assignments to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Accurately entering client information, payments, and confidential data into our system
• Maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity
• Coordinating with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns
• Maximizing efficiency and productivity in dispatch operations to meet customer expectations
• Performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish fluency)
