Systems Engineer Lead - Randstad Digital

• This contractor will support day to day operations of BMC Remedy/Helix.
• They would focus on building automated workflows through the BMC TrueSight Orchestrator tool.

responsibilities:

• Leading efforts in an Agile environment, running stand-up meetings and managing storycards
• Interfacing with internal customers and sponsors
• Code and maintain automated workflows using BMC Truesight Orchestrator
• Code and maintain service requests using BMC Helix DWP
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers requesting new automated solutions
• Assist with the maintenance of the on-prem BMC Truesight Orchestration environment

qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems.
• {OR} Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of 6 years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems.
