Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Examiner to help us drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. As a Senior Data Examiner, you will be responsible for evaluating supporter adjusts across our streaming portfolio, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and analyze data related to supporter informing drives, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes, including identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process enhancements
• Collaborate with upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing
• Work closely with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure accuracy of supporter adjusts and timely delivery of discounts to affected clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including providing regular updates on technical progress or potential detours
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, driving alignment across Information, Business Tasks, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks
• Contribute to the design of strong reporting arrangements that minimize data occurrences, in collaboration with Information Item and Information Quality Designing

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL handling pipeline

• 2+ years of logical experience, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
• Proven ability to communicate technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Familiarity with data investigation and data perception tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
