Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our freight operations team, you'll be responsible for communicating directly with customers, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipment status. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our freight customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers to resolve issues and provide timely updates on shipment status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and shipment status
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and freight operations

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
