Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Leading by Example: Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Customer Delight: Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless execution of our operations workflow.
- Physical Demands: Lifting up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts, and working in environments with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
- Communication: Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs) and working in environments with varying noise levels.
