About the Role

As a Process Improvement Specialist on our Pricing Analytics Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Auditing operations teams' system outputs to identify areas for improvement
• Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
• Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
• Collaborating with business and automation technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
• Maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes and tracking progress towards goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular audits of operations teams' system outputs to identify areas for improvement

• Analyze data and develop recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
• Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
• Provide regular updates to leadership on process improvement initiatives and progress towards goals

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
