Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages.
  • Handling high-volume calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, including entering patient and medication information into our electronic health record system.
  • Investigating and resolving missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online.
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Age 18 or older.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
