About the Role

We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Product Insights team, based in Los Gatos, USA, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Data Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, advance measurement strategies, and deliver high-impact insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Product Development: Leverage robust measurement techniques, including experimentation, modeling, and analysis, to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with partners to shape the vision of a space, whether that's determining product strategy or defining new metrics.
• Develop Experimentation and Measurement Strategies: Design and implement experimentation and measurement strategies to accelerate project velocity and support complex decision-making.
• Deliver High-Quality Results: Work with ownership and accountability to ensure the team delivers consistent, high-quality results that impact product insights and business decisions.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ Years of Experience: Applying statistical and mathematical concepts to drive decisions at scale.
• Strong Statistical Skills: Proficiency in statistical programming languages, such as Python or R, and experience with SQL.
• Product Sense: Ability to balance between addressing partner or test-specific requirements and investing in flexible solutions to serve general use cases.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with Uncertainty: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: In a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
