Sr. Data Quality Analyst

Position Summary: Signify Health LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Dallas, TX: Associate Sr. Data Quality Analyst to Design and deliver efficient technical software solutions, software applications, and business-critical distributed systems. Duties include: collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders in the company to help formulate strategic data partnerships where new data must be ingested, processed and disseminated downstream into new and existing reporting or new and existing data contracts; establish best practice standards for data quality initiatives, investigate and resolve problems of data accuracy and availability, develop and maintain data quality documentation, and integrate testing to identify problems with data quality review; transform data and integrate algorithms and models into automated processes; analyze and synthesize data to meet the insights, reporting dashboard, and descriptive/predictive/prescriptive analytic requirements; leverage best practices and industry leading tools and technologies to profile data, develop efficient ingestion, and build semantic data layers as applicable; build and deliver best-in-class data initiatives aimed at driving best-in-class solutions, collaborate with analytic partners and business partners from product strategy, program management, IT, data strategy, and predictive analytics teams to develop effective solutions for our partners; perform data analysis, data profiling of raw/source data to derive meaningful insights, and document data requirements to support the new data source onboarding process; perform cleansing, processing, and validation on the data subject to analyze, in order to ensure quality; and transform data and integrate algorithms and models into automated processes. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Python, JIRA, Confluence; Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure; MySQL or SQL; Relational database concepts; Contributing to largescale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects; Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes; Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases; Designing data architectures, including data pipelines, distributed computing engines, and machine learning infrastructure design; and Supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives. Pay Range: $.114,379/year to $180,000/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
