Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating randomized electrical engineering technology problems in an online assessment platform. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, requiring a commitment of 10-20 hours per week for 8-16 weeks. As a Content Creator, you will work with limited supervision, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create new or modify existing electrical engineering technology assessment problems to meet the needs of instructors.
- Platform Management: Input problems into the online assessment platform, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
- Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and robustness of problems in the online assessment platform.
- Collaboration: Work independently and on a team to achieve project goals.
- Communication: Maintain effective written and verbal communication with instructors and team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a major in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering.
- Time Commitment: Ability to work 10-20 hours per week for 8-16 weeks.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to Learn: A desire to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion: Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Academic Achievement: Have passed ECET 27700 or equivalent (Steady State AC Circuit Analysis) with an A or B grade.
