About the Role

As a Mail Intake Processing Representative, you'll play a critical role in our mailroom operations, ensuring the efficient processing of sensitive healthcare information. Your day will be filled with a range of tasks, from digital printing on large production class printers to folding and inserting documents into envelopes using high-speed inserter machines. You'll work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment that demands attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate large production class printers to produce high-quality documents
• Fold and insert documents into various envelopes using high-speed inserter machines
• Verify print jobs based on documentation received, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform other mailroom functions as required, including postage stamping and communication completion
• Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, meeting sensitive time schedules and deadlines
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience working in a print or mailroom setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software, including Excel, PDF, and Outlook
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to pass a background and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience operating Neopost/Pitney Bowes Class inserters and Xerox production class printers
