This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or through the internet, providing support and resolving issues related to property and casualty insurance policies. Key Responsibilities

• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to access customer information and policy details.
• Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and concerns.
• Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
• Process new and amended enrollments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deliver expert customer experiences through thorough and professional interactions.
• Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly encouraged and valued.
• Military veterans are encouraged to apply, and their experience is highly regarded.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• $18.00 an hour for English speakers during the entire length of training.
• $20.00 an hour for Spanish speakers during the entire length of training.
• Shift differential for evening and weekend hours once in production.
• Paid training (Classroom: 6 Weeks and Transition: 7 Weeks) and performance-based incentives.
