Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Global Customer Experience Expert, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information to customers about our products, services, and promotions
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Processing customer orders and facilitating smooth transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures
