Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time remote position, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers to help them understand their benefits and options.
  • Offer solutions to customers to resolve their issues and improve their healthcare experience.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to identify and resolve issues in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality.
  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field.
