Job Summary

As a Lead Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for leading high-performing data science teams, developing and implementing strategic business intelligence solutions, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You'll also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior data scientists, as well as collaborating with IT professionals to ensure that data science solutions are integrated into our existing technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead high-performing data science teams to develop and implement strategic business intelligence solutions

• Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Mentor and develop junior data scientists to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
• Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure that data science solutions are integrated into our existing technology infrastructure
• Develop and maintain reusable code and models to ensure that data science solutions are scalable and maintainable
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data science and machine learning

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading high-performing data science teams and developing strategic business intelligence solutions
• Strong background in prescriptive modeling, data mining, and data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT professionals

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
