Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Identity, Data Science, and Marketing Technology, to design and optimize triggered email communications that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email journeys for key customer segments, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Use advanced analytics capabilities to measure the impact of each touchpoint and optimize ROI
• Manage channel execution and root cause diagnostics through analysis, developing strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business problems
• Design, build, and refine triggered marketing email communications through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead root cause analyses and influence cross-group associations to rapidly identify performance issues and recommended actions to execute

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical studies, Economics, Business, or related fields with a quantitative concentration
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategy
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Google Sheets/Excel use; passion for finding patterns in data; knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Excellent critical thinking and verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill and communicate complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to own and execute solutions to complex problems independently
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities, adapt rapidly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to win collectively - collaborative individual who wants to see themselves and others succeed and thrive
