Job Summary

The Senior Analyst - Customer Growth Site Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives on our website. This includes managing the acquisition experience on our latent site for our current Card Member base in the US. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven marketing campaigns, optimize website performance, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking solutions across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and peers.
  • Manage the daily administration of the site channel for the consumer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly.
  • Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative with a proven ability to obtain results under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive outcomes and foster strong associations/relationships with key specialty units across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic and innovative problem solver with the ability to develop compelling strategies and drive effective execution.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo; innovate to create insights, choices, and opportunities for business success.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience translating insights and ideas into recommendations.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, which puts a high premium on driving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
