Key Responsibilities
- Scope and Deliver Complex Projects: Define and execute complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and guide.
- Define Business and Systems Requirements: Collaborate with internal and external customers to define business and systems requirements.
- Develop and Execute Project Plans: Create and execute project plans from design to delivery, securing resources, and managing performance.
- Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate objectives, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with all departments, including technical teams, to ensure that significant areas are engaged to develop expectations within their area to support project objectives.
- Support Partner Teams: Assist partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in accordance with program goals.
- Engage with Global Partners: Interact with partners across various geographies and time zones.
- Drive Strategic Change: Ideate and drive strategic change across the broader WWCP team.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Program Management Experience: 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Cross-Functional Project Delivery Experience: 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
- Team Management Experience: 3+ years of team management experience.
- Analytical Skills: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service: Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading and managing teams.
- Strategic Planning: Experience with strategic planning and execution.
