As a Senior Program Manager in our WWCP team, you will be responsible for leading high-visibility programs that directly impact the customer experience globally. You will own and execute complex projects and tasks, and be recognized as a thought leader and innovator within the organization. Your focus will be on driving projects for new scope organization tools and software launches, development activities, and continuous improvement program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope and Deliver Complex Projects: Define and execute complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and guide.
  • Define Business and Systems Requirements: Collaborate with internal and external customers to define business and systems requirements.
  • Develop and Execute Project Plans: Create and execute project plans from design to delivery, securing resources, and managing performance.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate objectives, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with all departments, including technical teams, to ensure that significant areas are engaged to develop expectations within their area to support project objectives.
  • Support Partner Teams: Assist partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in accordance with program goals.
  • Engage with Global Partners: Interact with partners across various geographies and time zones.
  • Drive Strategic Change: Ideate and drive strategic change across the broader WWCP team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Program Management Experience: 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Cross-Functional Project Delivery Experience: 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • Team Management Experience: 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service: Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience with strategic planning and execution.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
