Job Description

As an Application Developer Lead, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting complex technology solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, and others. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design and develop solutions, and ensure seamless implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design and Execution: Participate in project planning, scope definition, and solution design. Develop technical designs and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Solution Development: Create software solutions for business problems using established design patterns and coding standards. Develop solutions that are secure, robust, flexible, and accessible.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Provide transparent communication on project progress, timelines, and issues.
• Stage Stewardship: Participate in shaping the Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap. Identify and prioritize platform investments that drive business growth and improvement.
• Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and teams. Mentor and coach team members to develop new skills and expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of relevant IT experience, with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce and 4+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce features and Salesforce community. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts (LWC), integration tools (ETL, NiFI, Mulesoft, etc.), and software development principles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations: Proven experience in implementing and integrating Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
