Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and refine product success metrics, working with Product Management, UX, and Engineering to develop a comprehensive metric framework that links to business outcomes.
• Report, track, and analyze key metrics, making recommendations to improve them, and identify critical product functionalities and evaluate their business impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-generating client journeys.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence, prioritize, and support product strategy, applying technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions.
• Deliver effective presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Designing, Physical science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in analysis applications (e.g., separating experiences, performing statistical analysis, or handling business problems), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with experimental design, modeling, data analysis, survey methodology, and statistical modeling.
• Experience in operational analysis or project management support (e.g., consulting, management reporting, Six Sigma certification).
• Ability to apply statistical training to real-world data.
• Ability to complete projects independently and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
