Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content strategies.
• Streamline our content launch and episode release processes to maximize audience reach and engagement.
• Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business forward and address emerging needs.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, with a proven track record of driving business decisions using data insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
• Exceptional data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication.
