About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Entry Level Life Agent who's eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Life Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic remote office environment, where you'll be able to develop your skills, build your network, and earn a competitive income. With our comprehensive training program, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you're providing the best possible advice to clients
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
• Develop and manage a team of agents to drive growth and success

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years old (this is a federal requirement)
• Pass a state background check (no felonies)
• Be able to develop a love of recruiting and building a team to elevate your business
• Be accountable to upline while attending weekly meetings
• Complete coursework within 7-10 days
• Be able to work full-time and/or part-time (16-40 hours per week)
• Live within the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, it's a plus. We're also looking for individuals with strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as experience in sales, marketing, and business. If you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and are able to thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
