Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant – Dishwasher and Dining Services Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This is a remote opportunity, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Dishwashing and Kitchen Maintenance: Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils, and properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.

• Dining Services Support: Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
• Food Presentation and Quality: Help contribute to high-quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.
• Cleaning and Organization: Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Cook and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal service and a positive dining experience for our residents.

Essential Qualifications

* Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Safety Awareness: Must have an awareness of safety practices and be able to follow safety protocols.
• Criminal Background Screening: Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Drug-Free Workplace: The Community is a drug-free workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

* Food Service Experience: Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.

• Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be reliable and punctual.
