Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by ABC Legal. This role will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from home and be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review and Filing: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate discrepancies as they arise, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Desire and ability to be a team player.
    • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Typing speed of at least 50-60 wpm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal industry or document filing services.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
