Job Summary
As a Customs Brokerage Representative II, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations, managing documentation discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. - Prepare and file customs entries, follow up on clearance processes, and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
- Resolve finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues
- Establish and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparation of reports, presentations, and analysis using various software packages and databases

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations, and other government departments
