As a leading provider of locksmith services across the continent, we're expanding our National Customer Service Center in Temple, TX, and we're looking for a reliable and skilled Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our team. About the Role

As a Customer Service / Dispatcher, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This is a 24/7 operation, and we're looking for someone who can work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
  • Dispatch locksmiths to customer locations, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery
  • Manage and coordinate multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including locksmiths, management, and other customer service representatives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field; no experience necessary, we will train the right candidate
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Knowledge of locksmith services and industry trends
