Job Summary

As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our marketing and sales team, working remotely and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and effective manner. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns
  • Draft answers to product questions via email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Jump on calls with customers to understand their needs and share more about our product and process
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and project management skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of full-time work experience, with 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Time Commitments
