Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will empower our consumers to live active lifestyles by sharing product knowledge, providing superior customer support, and processing customer orders. You will work with multiple channels, including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email correspondence, and be a main point of contact for bilingual communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers through a variety of mediums, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Establish customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy.
  • Link product benefits to customer's needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending a solution.
  • Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be located in Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role.
  • Knowledge of our company's products and services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Compensation and Benefits
