Production Artist - Robert Half

Our FinTech client is seeking a Digital Production Designer on producing assets for digital ads, website content, social media campaigns, and emails to support paid marketing and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create performance-driven digital assets across paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate on tentpole brand campaigns and marketing experiments.
• Design content that simplifies complex financial concepts creatively and effectively.
• Ensure flawless execution with attention to detail in typography, layout, and branding.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience as a designer in an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team

- Demonstrated expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience working across media channels, including digital, print and non-traditional media

- Some combination of motion graphics, illustration, photography/videography, and/or video editing skills a plus
