Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and aligning with customer needs
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Provide information about customers' current plans and products, and identify opportunities to position new solutions
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • 18+ years old
  • Must live in Georgia
  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Quiet, secured workspace
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient in using multiple computer applications and software
