• General Facilities Maintenance Technician: diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance duties for all commercial equipment and more.
• Development and Preventative Technician: Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures under the supervision of a more senior technician by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines and more.
• HVAC/Refrigeration Technician: HVAC/Refrigeration Tech: maintain and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems by completing priorities in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. You will maintain quality standards by inspecting installations and modifications of HVAC/R and more.
• Development Technician, HVAC/Refrigeration: Assists the Technician III, HVAC/R Facilities Maintenance by gathering capital expenditures lists; developing scopes of work to update heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) or energy management systems (for example, rooftop units, condenser coil replacements);and identifying other issues related to regular HVAC/R service.

Are you a good fit for these roles? Yes, if:

• You possess a valid Driver's License
• You are eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Vocational or Technical certification and commercial experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade
• Vocational or Technical Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) certification
• 2+ years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls
• For HVAC/Refrigeration: Type I/Type II Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
• For HVAC/Refrigeration: Rack refrigeration experience required for our HVAC/Refrigeration Technician roles
