The Role
As a Disney Specialist Agent, you will be responsible for creating and executing custom Disney itineraries for our clients. This will involve researching and staying up-to-date on all things Disney, including new attractions, shows, and packages. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients before, during, and after their experience to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will complete ongoing training to maintain and earn certification within the Disney industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and create custom Disney itineraries for clients
- Effectively communicate with clients before, during, and after their experience
- Complete ongoing training to maintain and earn certification within the Disney industry
- Attend webinars to stay up-to-date on Disney's packages, special events, and promotions
- Remain current regarding changes within Disney's tourism industry
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Essential Qualifications
* Previous Disney sales background is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable internet access and a computer
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the travel industry
- Knowledge of Disney's tourism industry
- Certification within the Disney industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
