Job Summary
As an Experienced Flex Associate (E), you will play a critical role in assisting our team of professionals in executing client projects and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a flexible, on-going position that requires a high level of motivation, initiative, and drive. You will work independently, with minimal supervision, and be responsible for executing all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions
- Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
- Lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
- Lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate
- Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift
- Perform fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
- Travel to additional locations may be necessary, and a valid driver's license is required
- Maintain access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
- Access to a webcam is preferred
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience
Requirements and Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalency certification required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
- Access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
