Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Intelligence Analyst - Product Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Product Management: Own and manage the analytics product roadmap for Finance, working with business Finance users to understand their needs and converting those needs into effective analytics solutions
- Analytics Solution Development: Develop or work with business partners to deploy Finance analytics solutions according to a product roadmap, using tools such as Power BI and SAP AFO
- Analytics Solution Adoption: Actively coach and train end users on how to effectively make use of the Analytics solutions through user enablement sessions, documentation, and individual training
- Business Problem Solving: Drive the organic adoption of finance analytics through helping businesses solve specific near-term problems
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture
Essential Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting or equivalent finance background
- 5 years of domain experience in Management Accounting and Finance, including exposure to FP&A work, month-end close activities, supporting capital allocation, and helping with strategic financial decision making
- 5 years of proven experience in working with data, SQL, and deploying analytics solutions, including understanding how to effectively deploy Power BI solutions (Knowledge of Python is a plus but not required)
- Proven ability to apply business problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in working with business consolidation tools such as One-stream, Collibra, and Celonis
- Knowledge of Python programming language
- Experience in coaching and training end users on analytics solutions
