Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of FedEx, helping customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information about our services, rates, and delivery times.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with inquiries related to FedEx services, tracking, and shipments

Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is optional – entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
