Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote, part/full-time basis. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of progressive data entry products.
• Force product improvement with a group of global-excellence engineers and designers.
• Attract, build, manipulate, and expand a skilled, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of data entry specialists and product leaders.
• Set up shared vision across the agency by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Combine usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to decorate user pride.
• Define and examine metrics that inform the fulfillment of products.
• Understand Meta's strategic and competitive role and deliver products that are identified great within the industry.
• Maximize efficiency in a continuously evolving environment where the method is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm.

Minimal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data entry and/or data management.
• 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and consumer research groups.
• Crucial thinking/analytical management experience.
• Experience imparting to senior government audiences.
• 3+ years of experience hiring, handling, and growing both junior individuals and senior leaders.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centered generation business enterprise.
• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/environment products, or marketplaces.
