Role/Responsibilities

• Confers with internal and/or external customers in order to provide information about products and/or services.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and transactions including all details.
• Obtains and examines all relevant information to assess validity of complaints to determine possible causes.

• Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features
• Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership and suggesting innovative solutions focused on the customer experience

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $61000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $92000 per year

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
