Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Logo Sales Pursuits: Utilize your "hunter" mentality to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your Fortune 500 B2B sales experience and industry expertise.
  • Generate Robust Sales Pipeline: Develop a thorough understanding of prospect or client strategic requirements, both short-term and long-term, to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Respond to and Close RFPs: Effectively respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and close deals that drive business growth.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategies for specific pursuits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Support, Account Management, Operations, and other departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor economic and legal trends that impact pursuits and industry climate, presenting information to internal and external associates.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

  • New Logo BPO Sales Experience: Highly desired experience in new logo BPO sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Solution Selling Experience: Five or more years of solution selling experience, with expertise in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Mastery of the organization's business operations and industry, with external recognition as a subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to effectively utilize technology to drive sales success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, business, or a related discipline.
