About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Demand Generation & Campaign Manager to join our Operations team as an individual contributor. As a critical member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for strategic planning and executing demand generation campaigns for enterprise and mid-market audiences. Your goal will be to attract and track new leads, generate awareness, and drive interest for our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, organic website traffic, paid search, paid social, content syndication, display advertising, and direct mail.
  • Develop and manage omni-channel strategies to drive sales pipeline growth and optimize campaign performance across a suite of KPIs (such as website visits, engagement, net new leads, MQLs, pipeline, etc.).
  • Own and manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager and serve as admin for ZoomInfo Marketing OS.
  • Incorporate a holistic view of digital programs, including SEM, organic social, syndication, nurture, display, retargeting, and creation of inbound web experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team, performance marketing managers, lifecycle marketing manager, customer success, sales team, and data analysts to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results and report performance to business stakeholders on a monthly cadence, providing insights and recommendations to the broader team.

What We Look For

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related area (or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in demand generation, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, and Google & Microsoft search platforms (not all required).
  • Ownership mindset around end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Track record of developing and managing omni-channel growth strategies in a B2B setting.
  • Digital marketing and traditional/offline media experience.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Experience in retail, supply chain, or last-mile delivery is an added plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives.
