PACS Training and Clinical Validator - Ohm Systems, Inc
Summary The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical expertise, training development, and validation processes to ensure that staff, systems, and procedures meet established clinical and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical training programs for healthcare professionals, technical staff, and system users.
Validate clinical processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, protocols, and regulations.
Develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
Conduct competency assessments to verify staff readiness and performance.
Experience & Skills Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in clinical training, validation, or quality assurance within a healthcare or life sciences environment.
Strong understanding of clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
