Salary: $800 / Week Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Day Hab/Group Home West Stockbridge, MA Contract Position | Multiple Shifts Available Partnered with a Respected Local Facility

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a well-regarded facility in West Stockbridge, MA, currently seeking part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience.

Position Overview

As an LPN in the Day Habilitation/Group Home program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing essential medical care, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for their health and well-being.

Schedule Options

Opening 1

Day Shift (rotating schedule) | 7 AM 3 PM

• Week 1: Sunday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday

Opening 2

Evening Shift | 3 PM 11 PM

Opening 3

Overnight Shift | 11 PM 7 AM

Start Date: Approximately two weeks from offer acceptance.

Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medical care and support to individuals in a Day Hab setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare providers
• Advocate for the medical needs of individuals served
• Collaborate with the House Manager and care team

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
